Contact Details and Customer Satisfaction
Laura’s Loom is owned and run by Laura Rosenzweig. It is a sole-trader business with 1 full-time employee — Laura. Please be patient if it takes a little while for her to get back to you. If she’s not sorting fleece, or weaving bespoke pieces, or discussing the next yarn with her spinner, or the newest design with her weaver, she will be dealing with the accounts, correspondence and/or getting orders ready and packaged and delivered to the post office. It’s a full-time job! However, she is fully committed to your total satisfaction as well as producing work of the highest quality. So, if you have any questions, suggestions, comments or complaints please contact Laura via e-mail at ltr(at)laurasloom.co.uk, telephone 015396 22043 or write to her at High Brigflatts, Sedbergh, Cumbria, LA10 5HN, UK.
Laura’s Loom sells a limited edition range of throws and scarves, all woven from British wool with traceable provenance. She also designs and weaves original bespoke items and works to commission on a wide variety of woven products.
Commissioned pieces are usually original designs, designed for the client, but Laura retains the right to re-use these designs in other ways. All samples remain the property of Laura’s Loom.
Laura’s 100% British wool products are all woven exclusively from wools sourced within the British Isles, much of it from within the Yorkshire Dales and Cumbria. Laura sources her British wools directly from the farm gate. Due to the nature of natural substances there will be variations from year to year but Laura strives to maintain the highest quality of final product. Scouring and spinning is carried out within Yorkshire. Dyeing, weaving and finishing is carried out within the Scottish Borders. All of these products are designed by Laura. The yarn is spun to her specification and dyed to her bespoke colour palette.
All the images and descriptions of Laura’s products on this website are intended to give a representation of the products in that range. Slight variations will occur. Please contact Laura directly if you would like further information about any item: ltr(at)laurasloom.co.uk
Laura reserves the right to copy her own designs.
