From the Dales we bring you a beautiful new yarn spun from a heady mix of fleece, including Alpaca, Cheviot, Black Welsh Mountain, Hebridean, Ryeland, black Wensleydale, and our classic Bluefaced Leicester. It sounds like a mish-mash but the result is a truly gorgeous worsted spun two-fold yarn that is strong enough for weaving but soft enough for knitting.
I have called this lovely yarn Dales Twist. It was spun in West Yorkshire and is available in two naturally coloured shades — Ash and Shale. Shade cards are available upon request if you would like a sample of the yarn.
